Counselling and Psychosynthesis Psychology

Counselling creates a space to pause — to turn our attention inward and become curious about the experiences, feelings, patterns and questions that are asking to be noticed.

A place for deeper self-discovery

Life occasionally reaches a point where things no longer feel aligned. You might be navigating stress, doubt, or a lingering sense of stagnation. Perhaps you are currently in the midst of a major change, re-evaluating your identity, or wrestling with complex questions that lack easy solutions. At other times, there is no specific crisis at all. You may simply feel a subtle call from within that deserves your full attention. Counselling offers a dedicated moment to pause and address these inner feelings with genuine interest and empathy.

Listening with you, for you

In my practice, the bond between counsellor and client is foundational. I strive to foster a secure, non-judgmental atmosphere where you can examine your life without the pressure to have all the answers ready. My goal is not to define you or dictate your path. Rather, I am here to listen alongside you—offering curiosity and support as you cultivate a more conscious relationship with your own inner world and unfolding journey.

Psychosynthesis Approach

Psychosynthesis is a psychological framework that views individuals as far more than just the challenges they face. It focuses on the total person—encompassing our emotions, thoughts, physical presence, identities, and our fundamental search for meaning. Instead of treating difficult symptoms as mere problems to fix, Psychosynthesis explores what these struggles might be trying to reveal about our growth. Through this lens, our therapeutic work honors both the reality of your current pain and the potential for new ways of being.

Topics for discussion

Every individual brings a unique story into the room, so our sessions are tailored to you. These themes are not labels, but rather starting points for our collaborative exploration.

Navigating a world competing for our constant attention

Our internal world is inseparable from our environment. We now inhabit a digital landscape where our focus is frequently fragmented and harvested. Smartphones, social platforms, and persistent algorithms are now deeply integrated into the ways we work, connect, and perceive our very existence within the modern world. I wrote my Masters thesis on these concerns and the implications for our psychological health. I am particularly interested in bringing this dimension of life into the conversation in our work together.

Where to begin

You don't need a clear agenda or a perfectly articulated problem to begin counselling. If you feel that speaking with someone could be a supportive step for you right now, then I am willing to begin in that process with you.
